Who we are
Reign Education Ltd is the data controller for the information collected through this site. Enquiries about this policy, or about the data we hold, go to contact@reign-education.com.
What we collect
Through the enquiry form we collect the name, email address and telephone number you provide, the student's current year or stage, and anything you choose to write in your message. That message may include information about a child.
We ask that you share only what is needed to assess the enquiry. Please do not send medical, educational or safeguarding records through this form.
Why we hold it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and, if you become a client, to deliver the services agreed with you. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and thereafter the performance of our contract with you.
Who sees it
Enquiries are read by the Director and, where relevant to the engagement, by members of the Reign team working with your family. We share information with schools, universities or third parties only on your instruction. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf under written terms.
How long
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for six years after the engagement ends, in line with our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@reign-education.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
